Recognize Your Colleagues with Nominations for Prestigious ACS Awards

The ACS Honors Committee is inviting members to submit nominations for six prestigious awards. The Committee is particularly interested in nominations of candidates from a wide range of surgical specialties and geographical locations, especially for Honorary Fellowship.

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis and considered annually for selection:

• Distinguished Service Award
• Jacobson Innovation Award
• Lifetime Achievement Award
• Honorary Fellowship
• Distinguished Lifetime Military Contribution Award
• Sheen Award

Nominations must be received by August 25 in order to be included on the next Honors Committee meeting agenda. Nominations received after that date will be held for future consideration.
