How do I register for QSC?

You can register on our website or visit the registration desk for on-site registration, located on the Seaport Foyer, Level 2. Hours are as follows (all times are in PT):

  • Thursday, July 17 - 6:00 am–5:00 pm
  • Friday, July 18 - 6:30 am–5:00 pm
  • Saturday, July 19 7:00 am–6:00 pm
  • Sunday, July 20 - 7:00–11:00 am  
Is there a fee to register?

Yes. Please visit the website for full cost information or visit the registration desk on-site. 

What are the hours for the conference?

QSC runs from Thursday, July 17, to Sunday, July 20. All times are in PT.

  • Thursday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm (Preconference Workshops)
  • Friday: 8:00 am–8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am–7:30 pm
  • Sunday: 8:00 –11:00 am
Where can I find the conference agenda?

Printed agendas are available at the conference. Additionally, you may access the agenda on the QSC website, and within the QSC app under the Agenda Tile on the homepage.

How do I download and login to the mobile app?

Please search the Apple App Store or Google Play for “ACS Quality and Safety Conference” and install the app on your device. To log into the app and sync your schedule, open the app, select the “Login” button and enter your email (username) and registration ID confirmation # (password).

Your registration ID is located underneath the QR code provided in your reminder email: “It's almost time for ACS Quality & Safety Conference 2025”. If you are unable to locate the number, please contact registration@facs.org  or visit the Registration Desk located on Seaport Foyer, Level 2. Also, don’t forget to update your profile/biography to have a better networking experience!

How do I access the credit claiming site?

Login to the mobile app. There you can access credit claiming by selecting the Claim Credits tile on the top left corner of the home screen. Credit claiming and the app closes at 11:59 pm CT on September 20, 2025.

What credit types and amounts are available?

The available credit types and amounts are as follows:

  • CME: 22.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™
  • CNE: 22.5 contact hours
    Certificate of Completion: 22.00 credit hours

New to ACS QSC 2025:

Of the AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ listed above, a maximum of 14.00 credits contribute to the Patient Safety CME component of the American Board of Anesthesiology’s MOCA 2.0®.

Of the AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ listed above, a maximum of 14.00 credits contribute to the Lifelong Learning CME component of the American Board of Anesthesiology’s MOCA 2.0®.

How can I follow the conference on social media?

You can follow along on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook with #ACSQSC25. Attendees are encouraged to share their conference experiences with their followers. Also, check out the new social feed feature on the app to post pictures, share comments, and connect with attendees all within the app.

Where can I find the abstracts and posters, and for how long will they be available?

Posters can be viewed during the Abstract Poster reception from 6:00–7:30 pm located in Grand Hall ABC on the Lobby Level. Both the posters and associated abstracts can also be found on the mobile app under the Abstracts tile and will be available on the mobile app until the content closes at 11:59 CT on September 20, 2025.

What is the location and hours for the speaker ready room?

The speaker ready room is located in La Jolla, Level 2 with the following hours (all times are in PT):

Thursday, July 17 - from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday,  July 18 - from 6:30 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday, July 19 - from 7:00 am–6:00 pm

Sunday, July 20 - from 7:00–11:00 am

The Speaker Ready Room is meant for Speakers to test and check their presentations. Speakers should’ve uploaded their Presentation under their Conference Harvester Tasks before July 14.

Presenters for the morning sessions should check into the SRR the day before their presentations. All presenters speaking in the afternoon are required to check into the SRR at least 2 hours prior to their session time. If you have a video or interactive presentation, speakers should check into the SRR at least 4 hours prior.

Who do I contact for technical assistance onsite or conference-related questions?

For technical assistance with the mobile app, credit claiming, or any conference-related questions, please visit the registration desk located on Seaport Foyer, Level 2.
